(I) Velboa: There are many styles. You can see clearly from the color card of Fuguang Company. It is very popular for bean bags. Most of the TY beans popular in the United States and Europe are made of this material. The wrinkled bears we produce also belong to this category.
Quality characteristics: The wool surface is soft. Generally, the quality of the wool falling down is poor, but the printed velvet cloth will fall down a little. Slightly tilted is acceptable.
(II) Plush cloth:
A. A yarn (also called ordinary yarn, BOA material), divided into:
Glossy yarn: Ordinary yarn is generally shiny, and the yin and yang sides can be distinguished under different light directions. Matt yarn: That is, matte color, basically no yin and yang sides.
B. V yarn (also called special yarn, T-590, Vonnel) has even cut wool cloth (Even Cut) and long and short wool (Uneven Cut), the wool length is about 4-20mm, which belongs to mid-range material.
C. Hipile: The hair length is in the range of 20-120mm. Any hair length can be made within the range of 20-45mm. Above 45mm, there are only 65mm and 120 (110)mm. It belongs to long and short hair, the hair is straight and not easy to curl.
D. Others:
1. Curly plush (rolled hair):
① Tumbling boa, A yarn curly hair: Most of them are granular hair, lamb hair, or the hair roots are in bundles and rolled up. Usually used to make more classical toys, the hair length is 15mm; the price is much cheaper than hip curly hair.
② Tumbling H.P. Hip curly hair: Usually the hair length is longer, the curling effect is looser, and there are many styles to choose from.
E. Plush printing materials: 1. Printing; 2. Jacquard; 3. Tip-dyed: (like mixed wool glasses open book); 4. Mottled colors; 5. Two-tone, etc.
Precautions: 1. Plush density and weight, whether it feels smooth (i.e. whether the bottom yarn is exposed, whether the wool surface is upright or lying down); 2. The quality of the original yarn and the quality of the weaving affect the smooth effect; 3. Dyeing accuracy; 5. The effect of the wool surface in a larger area: whether the wool surface effect is dense, upright, and smooth, whether there are abnormal indentations, wavy lines, messy hair direction and other abnormal phenomena. The above aspects can basically be used to judge the quality.
(III) Velour: Similar to sheared cloth, but the hair length is about 1.5-2mm, the elasticity is relatively larger than sheared cloth; no hair direction.
(IV) T/C cloth: (Composition is 65% Polyster, 35% Cotton) There are three types:
110*76: Thicker, used for printed cloth, or products with higher requirements, with higher density and less likely to fall apart).
96*72: The second; with lower density.
88*64: The third. Because it is loose, usually the order requires medium-grade light pulp to prevent the sewing from falling apart and causing bursting.
The last two are usually used as lining cloth. When using, choose according to the grade and purpose of the product.
(V) Nylex, Tricot: It is divided into ordinary nylon (100% Polyster) and nylon (Nylon), and the ordinary type is usually used. It is easy to make, cut pieces, screen print, and embroider. When cutting pieces, the length of the hair must be controlled not to be too long (usually not more than 1mm), otherwise it will be difficult to print, the color will not penetrate easily, and it will fade easily.
Nylon nylon cloth is rarely used and is only used when special products require strong adhesion
(Six) Cotton cloth (100% Cotton): used to make printed cloth, thicker than T/C cloth. (Seven) Felt cloth (Felt): pay attention to thickness and hardness. It is divided into ordinary polyester and acrylic. Ordinary polyester is usually used, which is harder and about 1.5mm thick. Acrylic is very soft, loose and easy to rot. It is often used in gifts and rarely used in toys.
(Eight) PU leather: It is a kind of polyester, not real leather. Note that the thickness of the fabric will be different depending on the base fabric.
Note: All toys cannot be made of PVC materials because PVC contains excessive amounts of toxic and deadly elements. Therefore, please make sure that the materials cannot be of PVC nature and be very careful.
