Plush toys face the foreign market and have strict production standards. In particular, the safety of plush toys for infants and children is stricter. Therefore, in the production process, we have high standards and high requirements for staff production and large goods. Now follow us to see what the requirements are.
1. First, all products must undergo needle inspection.
a. The manual needle must be placed on the fixed soft bag, and cannot be directly inserted into the toy, so that people can pull out the needle after leaving the needle;
b. The broken needle must find another needle, and then report the two needles to the shift supervisor of the workshop to exchange for a new needle. The toys that cannot find the broken needle must be searched through the probe;
c. Each hand can only send one working needle. All steel tools shall be placed in a unified manner and shall not be placed at will;
d. Use the steel brush correctly. After brushing, feel the bristles with your hand.
2. Accessories on toys, including eyes, noses, buttons, ribbons, Bowties, etc., may be torn off and swallowed by children (consumers), causing danger. Therefore, all accessories must be firmly fastened and meet the tension requirements.
a. Eyes and nose must bear 21lbs tension;
b. Ribbons, flowers and buttons must bear the tension of 4lbs;
c. The post quality inspector must regularly test the tension of the above accessories, and sometimes find problems and solve them together with the engineer and the workshop;
3. All plastic bags used for packaging toys must be printed with warning words and perforated at the bottom to avoid danger caused by children putting them on their heads.
4. All filaments and nets must have warning signs and age signs.
5. All materials and accessories of toys must not contain toxic chemicals to avoid the danger of children’s tongue licking;
6. No metal objects such as scissors and drill bits shall be left in the packing box.
